Winter Ball – Skills Session 2 (Girls)
- When - Every Sunday* starting January 15th – March 11th (*Except February 5th and 19th)
- Times – 5:30pm – 7:00pm
- Location – Adirondack Sports Complex, Queensbury, NY (ADK Dome) Map
- Ages – Grades 4-12, Junior Division Grades 4-7, Senior Division Grades 8-12
- Cost - $200 (Make payments online at www.roguelacrosse.com)
- All players must be US Lacrosse members join at (www.uslacrosse.com)
- 3 out of the 7 weeks Rogue will introduce Speed and Agility training to the players.
- Players are required to purchase an ADKSC ID Card upon arrival to the Dome - $10 Fee (Insurance Policy/Purposes)
ROGUE DAY
Each hour and half session will consist of an hour of skill and team concepts. Followed with a full field game, which allows players to use the skills learned in game like situations. Players will be drilled in shooting, passing, dodging, offensive and defensive techniques, face-offs, and speed and agility work. Our speed and agility Coach Howley is a sports performance specialist with 8 years expertise. Using biomechanics to improve movement patterns and overall athleticism of our players. Rogue believes that players must learn the fundamentals of the lacrosse to allow them to become the best in the game. At Rogue were not just building a better lacrosse player but a better athlete. Rogue will teach you the skills to separate yourself from the rest.

Rogue is run and operated by Professional Lacrosse players. Rogue’s staff is composed of professional players and college coaches that have played and coached at the pinnacle of the game.
