Group and Team Training

Group Training – By Appointment
– You can schedule a group training session of 6-12 players. Sessions are private and made by appointment only.
Team Training – By Appointment
– For Youth/High School Teams looking for a skills training practice with our staff.
– Players will be put through a college-level practice focused on fundamentals, skill building and team concepts.
– Training will put a strong emphasize on team first attitude.
7/8 and HS Elite
Advanced Level Players who are serious about training.
Position Specific Skill Training for players of all positions. Middie, Attack, Defense, Goalie, Face-Off
– Players must first go through our Small group lessons or have a Coaches Recommendation before participating in Elite Sessions. Elite sessions will be comprised of players who already have a strong showing of the fundamentals. Sessions will have a higher focus on advanced drills that challenge players stickwork and lacrosse IQ.
Session Includes:
– 1 Hour of Skill Training
– 30 Minute Speed and Agility Training

Private Training
Provides players with the individual attention they need to ensure improvement in specific skills and overall athleticism.
Rogue offers a unique training experience that’s centered around the most important part of development, repetition! We offer an energetic and creative training experience that keeps our players engaged and excited about coming to Rogue! Our lesson plans will be structured to help develop a strong fundamental base and help build an advanced skill set in passing, catching, shooting, dodging and position specific skills. Whether you play Attack, Midfield, Defense or Goalie our professional coaches will build the right program for you.
